Blueberries and blankets

I haven't showed my progress on the blanket, because I really haven't been working on the blanket. I've only had the time/energy to do a row here or there, but I think the last time I showed this blanket was 14 rows ago!! Here it is draped across the back of the couch. I am still working with all my blues, greens and browns in my stash and completely at random. I have been picking up on a kind of pattern or habit of going from darker to lighter tones of the same color. I think it's looking rather spiffy.

Here is some pictures I snapped of the blueberry picking trip. We hit a spot that no one else had found yet, other than that the area was almost picked clean!! The dogs came with us and enjoyed it thoroughly, especially the bear. :)

Stained fingers!!!!!

I would have taken more pictures, but the mosquitoes were AWFUL! I had full gear on AND mosquito repellent but they persistently buzzed around me, talk about anxiety. Lol...

And inspired in part by the quince tree, we've been baking our own bread every now and then lately and the hubby is on his way to mastering it! He made this batch while I was at work today! :) Thanks Mr!
