So I shared a couple pictures of our gorgeous red and gold tree (I forgot to add that it is adorned as of yesterday with candy canes too! And the pictures were pre-Christmas star...).
Now I will share my parent's Christmas tree. We actually put it up in honor of my mom (and to take our minds off it) as she was in surgery late November. She loves her Christmas tree, it seemed like the right thing to do, especially since she wasn't obviously fit to do it herself.
I love the poinsettia in my parent's kitchen. As well as the orchids, there always seems to be one in bloom. :)
