Beet salad - "rosolli"

I was proud of this one: homemade rutabaga casserole. Traditional Finnish.  We also made a traditional carrot casserole, too. Mmm...

The sauna-smoked ham we got through my dad's friend. Believe you me, it's beyond tasty! 

A family tradition, "crab" salad. I say "crab" because it's imitation crab or surimi. It's just cucumber, celery, spring onion and crab tossed with sour cream and a dash of salt. Always one of my favorites!
