Flower photo fun

As promised earlier today, here is the flower photo fun post. I am so sorry I'm putting you through this, but if there is one thing I love more than flowers, it's photos of flowers. :)

From my dear mama's home, I present red red amaryllis and brand spanking new tulips!!

I will forever love tulips for being the bringers of spring in my mind (even though it's finally winter outside!) and for being what my wedding bouquet consisted of. It's like every time I see tulips, I'm reminded of my wedding day. :)

Tonight we are having a dinner party with friends, enchiladas for dinner and dessert is going to be something with chocolate and HOMEMADE marshmallows. Yeah, we went there! :)

I can't wait! 

And if you were wondering, I have been mainly working on my granny square blanket for my mama. I have made some more squares and am keeping with it.
